What We Do
Emily Wachter Early Intervention provides services for families of children ages zero to three who have developmental delays and/or disabilities.
How it Works
It's as easy as one, two, three!
PENNSYLVANIA EARLY INTERVENTION SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AT NO COST TO FAMILIES.

REFERRAL
Erie County Residents: Call Erie County Care Management at 814-602-7516.
Warren & Forest County Residents: Call DHS at 814-726-2100 to get started.
All other PA Counties call the PA CONNECT Helpline at 1-800-692-7288 to get started.

EVALUATION
A Service Coordinator will reach out and set up a time for an evaluator to meet with you and your child to establish how your child is doing developmentally.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTION
If your child qualifies for services through PA Early Intervention and requires Special Instruction, your next step is to choose a provider.
